Your profile

Your name, email address, job title and hospital are held on your account and are maintained by your administrator.

Your account records who you are, the hospital you belong to, and the role you hold. Your name appears as the assessor on assessments you carry out and on the reports produced from them, which is why it is worth having it recorded correctly.

You can change your own password. Everything else, name, email address, hospital, role, is maintained by an administrator, so that nobody can quietly change the identity attached to an assessment.
