Access issues

If a page refuses you, your role does not carry that permission; if your hospital or role is wrong, an administrator has to change it.

IPC360 shows an explanatory page rather than an error when you reach something your role does not allow. It names the permission required, so you can ask for precisely that.

  • Wrong hospital shown, ask your administrator to correct your assignment.
  • A page you need is refused, ask your administrator to review your role.
  • If you cannot see a colleague’s assessment, that is by design. Ask them to add you as an assessor on it.
  • Account deactivated, contact your administrator or MAUK Solutions.

Note: Access changes are recorded in the audit trail. Nobody can change their own role.
