Your primary hospital
Your primary hospital is the facility your administrator assigned to you; it is preselected whenever you start a new assessment.
Your administrator assigns you to a hospital when your account is created. That hospital appears under the IPC360 name in the sidebar, and is chosen for you when you start an assessment.
You can assess a different facility when needed. See “Assessing another hospital”. Your primary hospital does not change when you do.
If it is wrong or missing
Only an administrator can change which hospital you belong to. Contact MAUK Solutions or your administrator; assessments you have already recorded keep the hospital they were carried out at.

- Selecting the hospital being assessedEvery assessment records which facility it describes; your primary hospital is preselected, and you can choose another facility instead.
- Assessing another hospitalYou can assess a facility other than your primary hospital; the assessment stays yours, and the facility assessed is recorded separately on the report.
- Access issuesIf a page refuses you, your role does not carry that permission; if your hospital or role is wrong, an administrator has to change it.
