Assessing another hospital
Choose the facility in the hospital picker when you create the assessment. If it is a facility you are assigned to, select it from the list. If it is not on the platform, choose the option to type its name.
The assessment belongs to you and to your own hospital for access purposes, which is why your findings and actions stay where you can work on them. The facility assessed is recorded alongside it and is what appears on the report.
Note: An assessment of a facility that is not on the platform has a name but no hospital record, so it does not appear in that facility’s trend.
