The hospital I need is not listed
You can only choose hospitals you are assigned to; ask your administrator to assign you, or record the assessment against a facility name instead.
- If the facility is on the platform but not offered to you, ask your administrator to assign you to it.
- If the facility is not on the platform at all, an administrator can create it.
- If you need to record the assessment now, choose the option to name a facility that is not on the platform. The assessment will carry the name, but will not join that facility’s trend.
