I cannot find an assessment
You see assessments you created, are the assessor on, or are named on. A colleague’s private assessment is not visible to you by default.
- Open Assessments and clear any filters. A status or date filter is the usual cause.
- Check whether it was created by a colleague. A doctor’s assessment is private to them unless they name you on it.
- If it was yours and is genuinely gone, check whether it was cancelled.
- If none of these explain it, report a problem from the Support page, include the reference if you have it.
