Why only completed assessments appear
A trend needs measurements, and only a finalized assessment has a score of record; plotting a half-answered draft would show data entry as improvement.
A draft’s score rises as you answer it, simply because more indicators have been answered. If drafts were plotted, the line would climb every time somebody opened the questionnaire, which would make the trend worthless.
So a trend uses finalized assessments only. As soon as you finalize, the assessment appears.
Note: If an assessment you expect to see is missing, check its status on the Assessments list. It is almost always still in Draft, In progress, Submitted or Evidence review.
