A hospital’s progress over time
The trend chart plots every completed assessment for a hospital against the four IPC bands, with the most recent point marked as Latest.
The chart shows each completed assessment as a point, labelled with its reference and date, plotted against the four WHO bands so you can see not only the movement but which band it is in.
Every chart has a table beneath it holding the same numbers, so nothing depends on being able to read the picture.
What appears in it
- Assessments of that facility that have been finalized.
- Assessments you are permitted to see.
- Demonstration data only when explicitly included, and then clearly labelled.
