What each report section means
The executive report runs from the facility profile and the result, through components, comparison and findings, to the recommendations and the basis of the report.
- Hospital profile: the facility assessed and its characteristics, as recorded at the time.
- Assessment result: the score out of 800, the IPC level, completion, and how many indicators have verified evidence.
- Performance by core component: all eight components as a bar chart and a radar chart, with the strongest and weakest listed.
- Comparison with the previous assessment: what moved, by component, where a previous assessment exists.
- WHO minimum requirements: counted separately from the score.
- Critical and high-risk findings: the findings that leadership needs to see.
- Recommendations: the highest-priority improvement actions, each with the reason it was produced.
- Improvement roadmap: the actions grouped by time horizon.
- Basis and limitations: what the report is, and explicitly what it is not.
