Opening a report

Reports are available for finalized assessments; open Reports in the sidebar, or select Executive report from your dashboard.
  1. Open Reports from the sidebar, or select Executive report on the dashboard for the current assessment.
  2. Choose the report you need: Executive, Full assessment, Management summary, Gap analysis, CAPA plan, Department action or Reassessment comparison.
  3. The report opens on screen, ready to read or print.

Which report to use

  • Executive: for the board and hospital leadership. Score, level, strengths, critical findings, priorities.
  • Full assessment: every indicator with its answer, score and evidence status. For the IPC file.
  • Management summary: a shorter version of the executive report for a management meeting.
  • Gap analysis: the gap register in full.
  • CAPA plan: the corrective actions and their status.
  • Reassessment comparison: this assessment against the previous one, indicator by indicator.

Note: A report is only available once the assessment has been finalized, because until then there is no score of record to report.
