Printing and exporting

Use your browser’s print dialog (Ctrl+P, or Cmd+P on a Mac) to print a report or save it as a PDF; registers can also be exported as CSV.
  1. Open the report.
  2. Press Ctrl+P (Cmd+P on a Mac), or use your browser’s Print command.
  3. Choose your printer, or “Save as PDF” as the destination.
  4. Print. The screen-only controls are removed automatically and the layout is set for paper.

Exporting registers

The gap register, findings, actions, evidence and minimum requirements can be exported as CSV from their own screens, which opens in Excel or any spreadsheet.

Note: There is no “export everything” button. If you need an export IPC360 does not offer, send a feature request from the Support page and it becomes a tracked product request.
