My activity
My activity lists what you have done in IPC360, assessments created, drafts saved, assessments finalized and reports generated.
Open My activity from the sidebar. Each entry says what happened, to which assessment, and when.
The entries come from the platform’s append-only audit trail, so the list is a record rather than a convenience. It cannot be edited or removed by you or by anyone else.

- Your assessment historyThe Assessments list holds every assessment you have created or been named on, with its status, hospital, date and score.
- Your profileYour name, email address, job title and hospital are held on your account and are maintained by your administrator.
