Your assessment history
The Assessments list holds every assessment you have created or been named on, with its status, hospital, date and score.
- Open Assessments from the sidebar.
- Use the filters to narrow by status, hospital or date.
- Select any assessment to open its overview, with its score, components and reports.
What you see and what you do not
You see your own assessments: ones you created, ones where you are the recorded assessor, ones you are named on, and any that have been explicitly shared with your hospital.
A colleague’s private assessment at the same hospital is not visible to you. That rule is enforced in the database itself, not by hiding a button.
