A report will not print correctly

Use the browser’s own print dialog rather than a screenshot, and enable background graphics if the brand header does not appear.

Use Ctrl+P (Cmd+P on a Mac) from the report page itself.
Choose A4 and portrait orientation.
If the coloured header does not appear, enable “Background graphics” in the print dialog’s more-settings section.
To share it electronically, choose “Save as PDF” as the printer.

Note: Screen-only controls are removed automatically when printing; a page that looks different on paper is expected, not a fault.
