Check that you are using the right identifier and password, and ask your administrator to reissue the password if needed. If you do not have an account at all, see Requesting an IPC360 account.
- Check the identifier: doctors sign in with their email address, administrators with their administrator ID.
- Check for a stray space at the start or end of the field, and that Caps Lock is off.
- If you have tried several times, wait a few minutes before trying again. Repeated wrong passwords are slowed down, but the correct password always works.
- If it still fails, ask your administrator, or MAUK Solutions, to issue a new password.
Note: Passwords cannot be recovered, only replaced. A new one must be changed at your next sign-in.
