I cannot sign in

Check that you are using the right identifier and password. If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot your password: your administrator or MAUK Solutions issues a new one. If you do not have an account at all, see Getting an IPC360 account.

Check the identifier: doctors sign in with their email address, administrators with their administrator ID.
Check for a stray space at the start or end of the field, and that Caps Lock is off.
If you have tried several times, wait a few minutes before trying again. Repeated wrong passwords are slowed down, but the correct password always works.
If it still fails, select Forgot your password on the sign-in page. IPC360 sends no email, so your administrator, or MAUK Solutions, confirms who you are and issues a new password.

Note: Passwords cannot be recovered, only replaced. A new one must be changed at your next sign-in. If your account has been deactivated, the sign-in page says so once your password is correct; contact your administrator or MAUK Solutions.

Signing inThere is one sign-in page for everybody: doctors use their email address, administrators use the administrator ID they were issued.
Changing your initial passwordAn account created by an administrator has a temporary password; IPC360 asks you to replace it the first time you sign in, before anything else.
Getting an IPC360 accountCreate your own IPC360 account from the sign-in page in a couple of minutes, then set up your profile and your hospital. If you would rather the MAUK Solutions team set up your hospital and colleagues for you, request a managed setup instead.
