Requesting an IPC360 account

IPC360 accounts are provisioned by your organisation or by the MAUK Solutions team. There is no public sign-up, so a new hospital or a new user is set up by asking for one.

IPC360 uses controlled provisioning. Accounts are created for named people at approved hospitals, and there is deliberately no public registration form: assessment results carry a hospital name and an assessor name, and both have to mean something.

That means nobody can create their own account, and it also means nobody else can create one that looks like yours.

If your hospital already uses IPC360

  1. Ask whoever administers IPC360 at your organisation to create an account for you.
  2. They will need your full name, your work email address, your job title, and which hospital you assess.
  3. You will receive a sign-in address, your email address or sign-in ID, and a temporary password.
  4. Sign in and choose your own password straight away. The temporary one stops working at that point.

If your hospital does not use IPC360 yet

  1. Contact the MAUK Solutions team using the channels on the Support page.
  2. Say which hospital you are enquiring for, roughly how many people would use it, and who would administer it.
  3. The team will set up the hospital and the first user account for you.

Note: The Support page and the sign-in page both list the contact channels this installation has configured, so what you see there is current. No telephone or WhatsApp number is shown unless a real one has been set up.

What an account is not

  • There is no self-service sign-up form, and no page that will create an account on request.
  • There is no free trial you can start yourself; a demonstration is arranged with the team.
  • Passwords are never recovered, only reissued by an administrator. If you already have an account and cannot sign in, that is a different problem.
