Changing your password
Select Change password in the top bar; a new password must be at least 12 characters and signs out every other session on your account.
- Select Change password in the top bar.
- Enter a new password of at least 12 characters, with upper and lower case letters and a number or symbol.
- Confirm it and save.
Saving a new password ends every other session on your account, on every device. Passwords are stored only as a cryptographic hash, so nobody, including MAUK Solutions, can read your existing password. An administrator can issue a new one, but cannot recover the old one.
