Completing sections
The core component list shows how much of each section is answered, so you can see what remains before the assessment can be finalized.
The questionnaire is divided into the eight WHO core components. The list beside the questions shows, for each one, how many indicators are answered and how many remain.
Completion is measured in answered indicators, not in time spent. An assessment at 100% completion has an answer recorded for every indicator, including any you marked not applicable.
Working through it
- Answer by component, with the people who know that area.
- Leave an indicator unanswered rather than guessing; come back to it.
- The completion figure on your dashboard is the same number, for the whole assessment.
