Strengths
Your strongest components are those scoring highest against their maximum. These are the parts of the programme worth protecting and building on.
The report lists your strongest components with their scores. They matter for two reasons: they show the board that the programme is not starting from nothing, and they are usually where the working practices that other components need already exist.
A strength is a measured result, not a judgement. It says those indicators were answered positively, not that the area is beyond improvement.
